Congress of the Republic of Mexico

On November 7, 2023, a hearing was devoted to the Mummies of Nasca.

Thierry Jamin during his presentation at the Congress of the Republic of Mexico

The second public hearing devoted to the “Regulation of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena” at the Congress of the Republic of Mexico, under the auspices of Congressman Sergio Carlos Gutiérrez Luna, took place on November 7, 2023. It was mainly devoted to the Nasca Mummies. The University of San Luis Gonzaga in Ica and several experts presented the results of their studies. Between the first and second hearings, no fewer than 16 specialists spoke on the subject. All concluded that the mummies are authentic and confirmed that their origin is unknown.

Rafael Arcángel Berrocal Ramos – Peru

Constitutional lawyer

Key points to remember

He placed particular emphasis on the legal vacuum surrounding this type of archaeological relic and on the need to create laws to protect them.

Thierry Jamin – France – Peru

President of the Inkarri Cusco Institute

Key points to remember

Thierry Jamin has been chronicling the Nasca mummies affair since 2016.

Three key points from his speech:

  • 3D reconstruction based on DICOM images of the reptilian mummy Artemis
  • Presentation of a short video sent by a resident of the Nasca/Palpa region. It shows what appears to be a hybrid being.
  • steps for opening a museum.
David Willy Ruiz Vela – Peru

Plastic surgeon
Medical examiner
Former President of the Faculty of Medicine of Peru
Member of the New York Academy of Sciences.

Key points to remember

There is no artificial technique for creating these bodies. They have been examined by dozens of radiologists in Peru. It would be impossible to create these bodies without leaving significant clues. He is a plastic surgeon who reconstructs hands and feet after accidents and performs microsurgery. So, for him, even if the deception were very elaborate, it would be detectable on X-rays and even more so on HD scans. There would always be traces, even tiny ones. Here, that is not the case.

These bodies are real (e.g., evidence of an opening in the eggs to feed the embryo, as well as a placental area and the remains of nutrients that were undoubtedly intended for the development of the eggs).

Victoria’s furcula: this was surgically treated because it had been fractured. The surgery was performed some time ago and has healed. There is, in fact, post-surgical ossification. This would have been impossible centuries or millennia ago.

Regarding Victoria’s neck, Dr. Ruiz also highlighted the existence of biological material between the vertebrae of the neck to allow for elongation or retraction of the neck, as in turtles.

He assures us that these beings were indeed alive and that they did indeed live on Earth. The reason for their disappearance is unknown. Perhaps they were unable to adapt to the conditions on our planet?

He protests against the attitude of the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, which extrapolates about all mummies based on what is clearly just a ritual doll. He considers this attitude unprofessional and childish.

Sampling of a cervical vertebra from Victoria

Regarding the two mummies seized by Peruvian customs at the airport, some of his contacts informed him that they had stripped the bodies of their bones to see what was inside. No scientific protocol was followed. As for the eggs, they reportedly said that they were just “calcite”! Of course! Since these eggs are centuries old, they couldn’t be anything else. It’s as ridiculous as saying that a dinosaur bone isn’t bone but stone. After millions of years of fossilization, biological matter petrifies. This is the normal process for fossils…

He regrets the lack of resources and the attitude of the authorities, which is detrimental to the Peruvian people.

Celestino Adolfo Piotti – Argentina

Surgeon
Occupational physician
Forensic anthropologist and archaeologist for the federal courts of the city of Cordoba
Author of scientific publications and expert reports on medical physical anthropology, human evolution, archaeology, and occupational medicine

Key points to remember

The “little greys” have proportionally more developed brains than ours.
Maria is believed to be the last link in human evolution, before the advent of a new species such as the little “humanoid reptilians.”

Celestino, extrapolating the progression of man according to Darwin’s scale, concludes that these beings correspond to what we will become in 3 million years! They are neither beings of the past nor of the present, but of the future. For Dr. Piotti, the non-human mummies of Nasca are our distant descendants, not relics of the past.

Roger Zuñiga Avilès – Peru

Anthropologist at San Luis Gonzaga University in Ica
Director of the Nazca Mummies Research Project.

Albert
Surface examination shows no signs of tampering. The skin is “normal.”
Samples taken from the head, thorax, and femur. Comparison of DNA from the three samples: they belong to the same individual. During the intercostal sampling, they saw an organ that appears to be the liver. Currently being analyzed.
Sample taken from the cephalic mass, DNA analysis shows it does not correspond to humans or other known animals.

Luisa’s eggs
Sampling material from inside an egg. Analysis: it’s definitely organic!
Embryos inside eggs.

Embryo in one of Luisa's eggs

Luisa’s metal implant
Osmium was discovered in Luisa’s implant. This is a very rare metal that was only officially discovered in 1803. These beings had it on them over a thousand years ago. It is a metal that is harmful to humans.

Irvin Zúniga Almora – Peru

Surgeon and dental surgeon

Key points to remember

He was particularly interested in metal plates. He discovered that these plates were not simply “glued” to the skin, but had literally fused with the “host body” in an incredible process of “bio-integration.”

Dr. Irvin Zuñiga explains that when one of these plates was removed, a large amount of flesh came with it, as if the metal had fused with the body. Naturally, no traces of glue or modern chemicals were detected. Dr. Irvin Zuñiga draws a parallel with modern medical techniques of implanting metal objects to repair the human body, such as dental implants. He shows how our bodies appropriate or colonize the implanted object. He observed the same process with the metal objects discovered on these mummies. This suggests the use of advanced medical technology more than a thousand years ago.

This also shows that the individuals were alive at the time of the operation, since the body clearly reacted to the implantation of these objects. The doctor emphasizes that these plates are not glued in place. The doctors at the time must have possessed advanced techniques to find a way to fuse these objects together.

Some implants are composed of 95.5% silver, with a small amount of silicon. This level of purity was unknown at the time and is very difficult to achieve today.

Edgar Martín Hernández – Peru

Stomatologist
Specialist in oral and maxillofacial radiology.

Key points to remember

Maria
She has both human and non-human characteristics.

Its hands and feet have three fingers and toes with five phalanges.
Creating three-toed feet based on a human foot? IMPOSSIBLE! It’s obvious! The same goes for the hands.

The size of María's skull

Her cranial cavity is natural: it has not been artificially deformed. Artificial cranial deformations alter the distribution of the brain within the skull, but they do not increase the volume of the skull. However, Maria has 19% more cranial capacity than normal.
Her bones are massive.

Maria’s eyeballs protrude forward and have not been artificially enlarged as part of a modern fraud. They are their actual size. The eyeballs are intact. They have not been planed down by forgers. The eyes have two eyelids: an upper and a lower one.

Maria’s heel is different from that of humans; Maria had to stand and walk leaning forward.

Maria has similarities with Homo sapiens, but she also has differences: she could be a hybrid. The bones in her forearms are widely spaced. This characteristic is not found in humans, but is more common in gorillas.

The hypothesis of hybridization 1,750 years ago remains a real mystery. There is still much to investigate.

Dr Mesa – Mexico

Director of the National Polytechnic Institute (National Polytechnic Institute – Higher School of Chemical Engineering and Extractive Industries)

Key points to remember

They conducted the study in Mexico City on Clara’s implants using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) on October 25, 2023. Clara’s plaque is composed almost exclusively of silver, more than 95%, which is incompatible with the metallurgical techniques used in ancient Peru. This object must therefore have been made by an intelligent being. This implies a level of technological development that is incompatible with the empirical techniques of the time.

It is therefore reasonable to assume that this plate, made of almost pure metal, had a technological purpose. Traces of silicon have been found in this plate. Combined with silver, this alloy reinforces the hypothesis of a technological use.

In the time of the Nascas and Incas, silver was mainly found mixed with gold and copper alloys. It is never found in its pure form.

Silver chloride was also found on this plate. This is a chemical compound that is toxic to humans. The fact that this element was found in a plate attached to Clara’s chest shows that this object was not intended for humans, as it would have caused severe poisoning. Unlike titanium, for example, silver oxidizes. Finally, it should be noted that silver is one of the most electrically conductive metals on Earth.

Annushka Malpartido Caviedes – Peru

Forensic expert in criminalistics
Orthodontics and maxillofacial orthopedics
Professor at the University of Cusco

Key points to remember

Maria is believed to have seen a dentist 10 to 15 years before her death! Indeed, “modern” dental work can be seen on Maria’s teeth. Some of her teeth show signs of having been treated by a dental specialist. Maria had 32 teeth, but she lost 9 of them. She used her teeth as tools, and they are in relatively poor condition.

She compares the cross-section of Maria’s skull with that of a “normal” human skull: the bone of Maria’s skull appears much thicker than that of Homo sapiens.

María's skull

The doctor also confirms that Maria’s skull is natural and has not been artificially deformed.

María's feet

Her feet were not manipulated.
Maria is believed to be a male aged between 30 and 40. There is still some doubt as to her gender.

Ricardo Rangel Martínez – Mexico

Biologist, biotechnology specialist
Specializing in regenerative medicine and advanced cell therapy research

Key points to remember

In-depth DNA analysis of Maria
Massive sequencing of Maria shows that she was genetically engineered 2,000 years ago… Maria is believed to be a hybrid of Homo sapiens (30.22% of her genes), chimpanzee and bonobo (3.05% of her genes from these great African primates) and an “unknown parent.” Maria would thus have four different types of genes. It is impossible that this could be a kind of natural “mutation.” “Someone” must have been behind this genetic manipulation, approximately 1,750 years ago. The biologist refers to a complex process of artificial hybridization.

Maria might be a male. It is difficult to determine with certainty. This difficulty may be explained by hybridization. Maria’s bones appear robust, like those of great apes.

Daniel D. Mendoza Vizarreta – Peru

Retired radiologist
Former professor of medicine at San Luis Gonzaga University in Ica

The little reptilians
He observes the presence of marrow, meaning beings that have lived.

Key points to remember

Suyay (Hope in Quechua)
Dr. Mendoza took the first X-rays of this new specimen, which is 36.35 cm tall and has four eggs in its abdomen. It appears to be a new, unknown species. It has a small, elongated head with no mandibles. It has two small wings, or “proto-wings,” on its back. Dr. Mendoza believes that this body appears to be authentic. It has no lungs and no rib cage. It (apparently) has only one spine. (Salamanders do not have lungs. They breathe through their skin. There is even a species of turtle that breathes through its anus.)

Suyay

Maria
She is believed to have suffered from a lung disease, such as tuberculosis.

Finally, Dr. Mendoza reports that in the 1970s and 1980s, he treated a patient who had only three fingers on each hand!
