The results of the analyses
Numerous analyses (of rocks and metals, dating, DNA, histology, molecular composition, etc.) have been conducted since 2017 in various specialized laboratories around the world.
Members of the Inkarri Cusco Institute were the first to conduct biological analyses to learn more about these mummified bodies. These analyses were made possible in large part by donations from internet users during a crowdfunding campaign on Ulule launched in February 2017. Subsequently, with the addition of new partners and thanks to samples collected at the Inkarri facilities, numerous other laboratories and institutions have continued the research. The analyses are currently ongoing.

Analysis of the powder covering the mummies
A whitish powder covers all the mummies discovered by “Mario.” Analysis of this powder has shown that it is diatomaceous earth, a siliceous sedimentary rock composed of the fossilized remains of diatoms, which are microscopic algae.
Hydrocarbon-based oil residues were also detected in the powder covering the mummies. “One of the compounds […] appears to be produced by a wide variety of plants (including many South American plants) and was commonly used as a component of the embalming resin used for Egyptian mummies. To me, it appears to be a natural compound of possibly ancient origin that was used in the preservation of these specimens.”

Molecular analysis of samples from María, Victoria, and the Big Hands
As part of The Alien Project, five samples taken from different parts of mummies found at the Nazca site (Peru) were sent to me for analysis of their molecular composition using mid-infrared spectroscopy. This technique makes it possible to identify the (bio)chemical composition of any sample consisting of organic matter.
The purpose of this analysis is therefore to examine these mummified fragments.
The analyses were conducted at the Dupuy de Lôme Research Institute (UMR CNRS 6027) in Vannes (France).
