The second public hearing devoted to the \u201cRegulation of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena\u201d at the Congress of the Republic of Mexico, under the auspices of Congressman Sergio Carlos Guti\u00e9rrez Luna, took place on November 7, 2023.
